Configure Authorized Domains
Due to security considerations, AI Bot generated summaries can only be sent to email accounts that are associated with authorized domains. You must configure a Service Configuration template for this purpose. In the example below, both the 'audiocodes.com' and 'audiocodes.us' is configured.

In the menu select Setup, and then in the Navigation pane select Configuration > Service Configuration. Choose the relevant service, and add the below parameter with values as shown below. |
